What this website collects

This website does not run a contact form and does not collect health information or any other form data from you. Browsing this website does not submit personal information to us or to any third party on our behalf.

Booking and intake

When you book an appointment or complete an intake form, that happens inside Bookem, our practice booking system, and not through this website. Bookem acts as an operator (a sub-processor) on our behalf under POPIA. Bookem hosts this data on AWS in the European Union, in line with Bookem's own privacy policy, and encrypts it in transit and at rest.

Your clinical records

Your clinical records, including consultation notes and treatment history, are kept in the practice's clinical record system. This system is separate from this website and from Bookem.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently set analytics or tracking cookies. The Bookem booking widget on our booking page may set its own cookies to run your booking session; those cookies are governed by Bookem's own policy, not by this notice.

Your rights under POPIA

Subject to POPIA, you have the right to ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date, to ask us to delete personal information we no longer need to keep, and to object to how we process your information on reasonable grounds.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa, the body responsible for enforcing POPIA:
